Located in Suite 101, of the office complex known as the Neighborhood Center, the Activity Center has leather furniture for loafing, a big screen TV/VCR, fitness equipment, dining tables, games, newspapers, books to lend, magazines, snack machines, a coffee maker and a food serving bar.

This is the HOA's general gathering area open to members, their families and guests over the age of 16, unless with a member. It is also used for all HOA Board and Committee meetings, for HOA pot-lucks, and other HOA sponsored events. For policies on reserving the Center for private use, contact the HOA Manager for details. topHours of Operation: weekdays 7:30 am - 2:30 pm.

Tot Lot
East of the Neighborhood Center, a large gated small children's play area (ages 0-5) with play structures, tables, a sand box and more. Access with amenities key card. Hours of Operation: sunrise to sunset.

Community Garden
51 raised gardening beds, fruit trees, herbs and drip irrigation. Beds are rented for a nominal fee to make the garden financially self-sustaining. Hours of Operation:

Mary Webber Park
Among the neighborhood parks is Mary Webber Park. A grassy area, nicely landscaped with benches and tables. A place for picnics, relaxation and topfun.

North Sports Park

Solar Heated Swimming Pool
It has changing rooms, showers, tables and chairs. Access with the amenities key. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. Hours of Operation: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Tennis Court
Lighted and surrounded by a tall fence keeping "most" errant balls inside. Access with the amenities key card. Use a one-hour play rule when others are waiting. Hours of Operation: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Grassy Area
A grassy area with paths under native trees and benches and picnic toptables.

South Sports Park

Solar Heated Swimming Pool
It has changing rooms, showers, tables and chairs. Access with the amenities key card. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. Hours of Operation:  6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Basketball Court
Organize a game of half court or just shoot hoops. Hours of Operation:
6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Sport Field
A grassy field for games of soccer, football, frisbee, or whatever. On the perimeter are paths, native trees and picnic tables. Hours of Operation  top: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Trails and Paths

Walking Paths
Civano has several miles of Walking Trails. There are Soft-Surface Trails that run through the center of Civano connecting neighbors, as well as a lighted paved biking and jogging path that runs along the East side of Civano. There are benches strategically placed along these Trails.

Attention Pet Owners
Keep Civano sanitary. You are required by law to pick up your pet's waste. You are encouraged to carry bags with you. In the parks, volunteer residents have located bag stations to help with dog waste topcourtesy.
